Returns

At Palvae, we're committed to ensuring your satisfaction, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy.

If you need to return your order for any reason, simply reach out to us, and we'll be glad to assist you! 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be shipped back to our warehouse (with a tracking number), be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that you'll be responsible for the cost of return shipping, as shipping costs are non-refundable. It's essential to use a trackable shipping method for your return, as we can't process a refund without it. A restocking fee may apply to returns.

We're not liable for refunds related to incorrect or incomplete order details, so please ensure accuracy when placing your order.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If you notice any damage, contact us within 24 hours with a photo of the damaged product(s) and your order number.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not allow refunds due to shipping times. By ordering from us, you agree with our shipping times which is provided on our site.

Cancellations/Modifications

Our orders are processed in a short amount of time. This means that we normally can’t make any modifications once an order has been placed. If you would like to cancel or change your order, please send us an email within 2 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to help you. Please understand that while we'll make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee the cancellation or modification of orders once they've been processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that processing times by your bank or credit card company may vary.

If it's been more than 30 business days since your return was approved, please contact us.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We're not liable for packages confirmed as delivered but subsequently lost or stolen. However, we'll confirm delivery address, date, tracking, and carrier information for your investigation.
